Phoebe's Pantry serves homemade cakes along with hot and cold drinks and homemade ice cream from our shop at 46 Baron Road in South Woodham Ferrers CM35XQ.

We are also situated in Compass Gardens South Woodham Ferrers on certain days with our mobile cake wagon “Betsy”.

We bake daily ensuring everything is always fresh for our counter, we also specialise in baking personalised celebration cakes made to your requirements, the perfect way to mark that special occasion.

The mobile pantry “Betsy” is located at Compass Gardens, South Woodham Ferrers, in Essex. You’ll find us in the car park, and our tables will be set in the grass area for our customers to use.

Compass Gardens has a nautical theme, featuring full-size anchors within the garden seating area. There are also ornamental and herbaceous flower beds and there’s a public art project, ‘Marshland Mosaic’, wall which was created with the help of local artists and school children.

The park is popular with dog walkers, and has a well-equipped children’s play area.
We offer, dog treats, newspapers, blankets for the colder weather and service with a smile!

If you fancy a slice of delicious cake in the comfort of your own home, then you should take advantage of our Cakeaway service.

Send us a message via Facebook so we can have your order ready when you stop by to collect it. Get in early though to avoid disappointment!

Afternoon teas

Would you like to treat someone to an afternoon tea? Or maybe you belong to a group which meets on a regular basis. We can provide a personalised afternoon tea service at a venue of your choosing, served on our antique crockery.

We also provide catering at events such as conferences and charity functions.

Celebration cakes

If somebody special is due to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or other significant milestone, then why not treat them to one of our celebration cakes?

We specialise in baking personalised celebration cakes made to your requirements, the perfect way to mark that special occasion.

Phoebe's has provided us with a few occasion cakes over the years as well as stopping by for a slice or two at their trailer and ordering various treat boxes when available. Phoebe and Sally are wonderfully friendly, super talented and great at communicating! On top of all of this, we came to Phoebe and Sally with an idea for a non-traditional wedding cake. They were so welcoming and knowledgeable and nothing was too much for them - they met every single specification and exceeded all expectations from design through to set up. Words just aren't enough to describe the quality of product and service this lovely duo provide!
