The story so far...

My name is Phoebe...

…and I have always had a passion for baking. I left school at 16 gaining an apprenticeship with a local patisserie company.

It has always been my dream to run my own vintage tea shop, so in February 2018 I decided to buy a shell of a trailer, and with a lot of help from my family we made what is now known as Phoebe’s Pantry.

We also started offering a travelling vintage tea service, specialising in homemade afternoon teas all served on vintage china.

I now have a weekend pitch in a beautiful spot overlooking the river serving tea, coffee, homemade cake and homemade ice cream.

We started trading in August 2018 and, although I am now working seven days a week, I love it!

In May 2019 I took the plunge to go it alone and be my own boss so that I could focus on building my little business. This has enabled me to increase our opening hours, and we are now open 5 days a week.

We still offer an Afternoon Tea service, and are able to set up and serve our offering from a venue of your choice. We offer a bespoke service for any occasion, and are happy to discuss any requirements with you.

We also make celebration cakes for all occasions.
